Method
How an engagement runs
- Scope the question. Site, operating mode, and whether the issue is handover, controls or crew.
- Review the evidence. Documentation, CMMS, procedures, staffing and known deficiencies.
- Walk the operation. Interviews, walkthroughs and scenarios drawn from work that actually fails.
- Report what to fix first. Written findings, evidence notes and a ranked action list.
